Abstract Submission

Abstract Submission Guidelines:

  • Abstracts should be submitted only through the NEUROVASCON 2026 official website
  • Submission are accepted from 1st Feb 2026 to 15th August 2026
  • All presenters must register for the conference by 15th August 2026
  • Abstracts will get rejected if, guidelines are not followed
  • Please note that one presenter can submit only one abstract for a paper but can have any number of e-posters submission
  • Abstracts should not be more than 250 words
  • Abstracts should be uploaded in DOC, DOCX. (Word File)

    General Instructions :

    • All abstracts must be the original, unpublished work of the authors, with all listed authors having significant contribution to the completion of the work
    • It should not have been presented in any conference/CME earlier
    • Abstracts submitted in the Free Paper category can be moved to E-poster category by the scientific committee.
    • Submission of an abstract constitutes the author’s commitment to present the abstract if accepted and, in the session, as assigned by the Scientific Committee
    • All expenses associated with the preparation and presentation of the abstracts should be borne by the author/presenter
    • Abstracts must be error free
    • All presentations and e-posters must be uploaded in the preview room of the Conference. No presentations on individual/personal laptops/computers will be allowed in any case. The Conference secretariat undertakes to protect all original presentations which shall be deleted from all records after the Conference

    Award Paper Guidelines:

    • All abstracts must be the original, unpublished work of the authors, with all listed authors having significant contribution to the completion of the work.
    • Presenter of the Award paper has to be a resident and the abstract should be accompanied by a bonafide certificate from the department head.
    • Submissions for the award paper have to be made by members of CVSI. Please follow this link to do so: https://www.cvsi.in/membership-form.php
    • If selected for the award paper, the full paper will have to be submitted to the committee.
    • The abstract must not exceed 250 words and should be in 12pt Arial font with double spacing.
    • The title of the abstract must be concise; avoid using abbreviations.
    • Do not include personal details (Presenting Author, Co-author, Institute, or Hospital Name) in the abstract.
    • Postgraduate students presenting an award paper must submit a letter from the Head of the Department.
    • Any paper submitted by a postgraduate student should be certified by his/her mentor.
    • The abstract should include Introduction, Methods, Results, and Conclusion.
    • Do not include images, graphs, or tables in the abstract.
    • The first author will be considered the presenting author.
    • One author can present only one Award Presentation; a poster presentation can be additional.
    • Last date for submitting the abstract is 15th August 2026.
    • The Scientific Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any paper without assigning any reason.
    • Conference registration is mandatory to present an Award Paper.

    Free Paper Guidelines:

    E-Poster Guidelines:

    • The E-poster will be displayed on standard 42” LCD.
    • The entire poster must be in 16:9 ratio.
    • File format should be JPEG.
    • Total size of the presentation should not exceed 5–10 MB.
    • Only one slide per E-poster.
    • Slide should be in portrait format.
    • Slide title should be placed in a title placeholder. The text should include (most likely as separate elements of the poster) Introduction, Aim, Methods, Results, Conclusion, and Acknowledgements.
    • The poster should be self-explanatory. Text should be brief and well organized.

    Notification (announcement) of acceptance/rejection of an abstract:

    • The acceptance or rejection of an abstract will be notified to the presenting author via email.
    • Acceptance or rejection of an abstract will be determined by the Scientific Committee.
